Our Services
Planning Consultation
We will meet with clients to formulate a comprehensive plan to navigate through the presenting disruption, situation or issue(s). This consultation can be done in person or via video conferencing. A planning consultation offers an opportunity for clients to identify strengths, needs, goals and potential barriers to accomplishing stated goals. Following the consultation a written summary of the plan will be provided.
• Identify key issues of affected family member(s)
• Review past clinical issues and medical history
• Other goals
• Other goals
Strategic Support
Resistance and discomfort are inherent to change, together we form a team to navigate through the hurdles. Oftentimes the initial situation that sparked the need for our services is the catalyst for change and will illuminate a number of potential growth areas. It is with this in mind that we offer various different lengths of service options.
Dive deep into the presenting disruptions to the individual and/or family to provide support. To do this we will gather history, conduct assessments and gather collateral information to gain as broad of a clinical perspective as possible. From there we will work to identify goals, next steps and the resources necessary to move the individual and/or family through the transition.
Clinical Assessment and Placement
The treatment world can be overwhelming to navigate when looking to access appropriate services. We will gather and assess clinically relevant information and recommend service providers who can meet the identified needs.
Family Workshops
Our clinically-driven workshops are designed to provide a space where clients can take their healing to the next level. Prior to the workshop clients will work with the Bardo team to craft an individual experience in which their clinical needs and goals are identified. During the workshop clients will engage in the process of working through the messy and uncomfortable places within themselves, their relationships or their current life reality. These areas of discomfort and disconnect can be the touchstone of profound healing and forward movement.
The purpose of this workshop is to provide a space whereby our minds and bodies can be supported in feeling rather than doing. Based on individual needs and desires, workshops are crafted to explore past or present traumas/experiences, energetic or emotional blocks, disconnections, and life disruptions. This type of healing space presents the opportunity to cultivate trust once again in our own knowing and discernment, our own inner lives –especially our own feelings.
At key moments of crisis or readiness for change, the 50-minute-per-week standard formula of support does not offer enough space to dig deep and stop and unearth our felt sense of things. For many of us, healing happens through a process and an invitation to slow down. A virtual workshop format provides the opportunity for deep work in the comfort of your own home with real-time support and feedback. This format invites the participant(s) to cultivate adaptability, flexibility, and resiliency, among other important skills, while supporting each person’s unique life situation and challenges.
“Most big transformations come about from the hundreds of tiny, almost imperceptible, steps we take along the way.”
